Dietary supplement based on mineral salts and betaine protected with FBC® technology (Fluid Bed Coating) which ensures a slow release and a high bioavailability to improve sports performance during an intense and prolonged muscular effort. The high antioxidant action of betaine is guaranteed by the function of regulating homocysteine metabolism. The mineral salts (magnesium, potassium, sodium) restore the electrolyte balance, preventing the onset of muscle cramps. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and, with Potassium, promotes cellular metabolism and normal muscle function. Hydrobetaine is an ideal product for a correct energy and salt replenishment during and after prolonged physical performance or with abundant sweating, counteracting the drop in performance.

Format: Water soluble granules in sachets of 30 g. 

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The supplements are not in- tended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. The minimum storage term refers to the product in intact packaging and properly stored. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.

To obtain an isotonic drink, dissolve a 30 g sachet in 500 ml of water and take during or after physical activity. According to personal need, it is possible to obtain a hypotonic solution with a concentration of about 200 mOsm / kg by dissolving a sachet in 700 ml of water
